For standard communications (e-mail, fax, letter), we offer a GLOBAL PRICE of only 7.400,00 Colones for Costa Rican clients, and US$ 16.80 for clients from other countries. Standard communications may not exceed 20 lines of text, not including the letterhead, or 240 words in total. This price includes the following:
 

• translation of the text into the desired language
• sending of the rough draft for approval
• transmission of the original to you and/or to it's final destination

 

Other prices (Secretarial Services)

For standard communications that exceed the above limits, there is a charge of US$ 0.07 per word plus US$ 1.90 per page (fax only).

For Express Service (rough draft of standard communication guaranteed in 2 hours) there is a surcharge of US$ 3.90 . (We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by telecommunication problems.)

For the remission of communications by fax or e-mail received by us and destined for you, there is a charge of US$ 1.90 inside Costa Rica and US$ 3.90 outside of Costa Rica, if the documents do not exceed 2 pages (fax); for remission of e-mail, there is a global price of US$ 1.90 per transmission, regardless of size or destination.

For the translation of communications received by us and destined for you, we apply the charges established for translations (see prices, translations). That is ¢ 31,00 (colones) per word (not including technical texts), being the minimum charge of 7.400,00 Colones (in Costa Rica; for other countries US$ 0.07 and US$ 16.80 , respectively).
